• Can I assign multiple RFID cards in one zone?

  Yes, you can add multiple RFID cards to a charging zone. Each card can be assigned to specific users, allowing you to track individual charging sessions easily.

• Who can create a new location in the system?

  Only Enterprise Admins and Company Admins can create new locations. Location Admins do not have this ability.

• How do I navigate between different locations as a Location Admin?

  If you are assigned to multiple locations, use the dropdown switcher on the top left, under the logo to change between them. If you have only one, the switcher is disabled.
