Accessing Charging History: You can download your charging history as a CSV file for detailed records. Navigate to the History screen, select your zone, tap the "+" icon on the bottom-right, click the download icon to start the process.
Download Process: Initiating the download will generate a CSV file with your charging sessions from the past 90 days.
Email Delivery: Once the file is ready, it will be emailed to your registered address. This file will include comprehensive details of each session, such as dates, durations, energy consumed, and associated costs.
Timeframe Limitation: While you can access your full history, we currently support session retrieval for up to the last 90 days. For data beyond this period, we recommend regularly downloading your session history to maintain access to the information you need.
