How can I join a Zone?

Joining a Charging Zone:
  • Obtain the Joining Code:
    • Ensure you have the correct joining code for the charging zone you wish to join.
  • For New Users:
    • If no charging zones are listed in your account, locate the "Join zone" button on the Zone screen.
    • Tap the button, enter the joining code, and if valid and the zone owner has enabled access, you'll instantly join the zone and begin charging.
  • For Existing Users:
    • Access the Zone screen and tap the "Zone switch" button in the top-left corner.
    • A drawer will appear with the option to join a zone. Tap on this option and follow the same process to enter the joining code.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • If an error occurs, double-check the joining code for accuracy.
    • Confirm with the zone owner that the "Joining the zone" option is enabled. This can be verified by checking the owner’s account:
      • Zone Profile > Zone Settings > Ensure "Enable joining zone" toggle is ON.
