Accessing and Downloading Your Charging Session History
- Full History Access: To obtain your complete charging session history since you began using the Electric Miles app, go to the History screen. After applying the necessary filters, tap the "Download" icon in the top right corner.
- CSV File Delivery: The requested CSV file, detailing your charging sessions, will be emailed to you. This file includes comprehensive information such as dates, durations, energy consumed, and associated costs.
- Data Availability: Currently, session history is available for up to the last 90 days. To access data beyond this period, we recommend regularly downloading your session history to maintain an up-to-date record.
