How do I add or change my electricity tariff?
To add or amend your electricity tariff in the app, follow these steps:
Tap the cog icon on the Zone screen.
On the Zone Profile screen, scroll down to the energy tariff section.
To add a new tariff, tap on ‘Energy tariff.’
To modify an existing tariff, select the current tariff, tap the bin icon in the top right corner to remove it, and then add a new one.
Choose your energy tariff and select its name from the dropdown menu. Tap ‘Continue’ to save.
If your tariff is not listed, tap ‘Add tariff manually.’
Select the tariff rate type: ‘Dual Rate’ or ‘Single Rate.’
Enter the required details:
For a dual rate: day rate, night rate, and night start and end times.
For a single rate: the rate for your tariff.
Save and confirm your supplier and tariff details.
