How do I invite an Enterprise, Company or Location admin to an Enterprise, Company or Location respectively?

TO INVITE AN ENTERPRISE ADMIN

  1. Access the Enterprise Admin Users Tab

    • Log in as a current Enterprise Admin.

    • Navigate to the admin users tab

  2. Invitation Process

    • Look for the button on the top right called “Invite Admin”

    • Click this button to open the invitation form.

  3. Fill Out the Invitation Form

    • Enter the email address for the new Enterprise Admin

  4. Send the Invitation

    • Submit the form. The system will send an invitation email to the provided address.

 

TO INVITE A COMPANY ADMIN

  1. Access the Company Admin Users Tab

    • Navigate to the admin users tab in the company

  2. Invitation Process

    • Look for the button on the top right called “Invite Admin”

    • Click this button to open the invitation form.

  3. Fill Out the Invitation Form

    • Enter the email address for the new Company Admin

  4. Send the Invitation

    • Submit the form. The system will send an invitation email to the provided address.

 

TO INVITE A LOCATION ADMIN

  1. Access the Location Admin Users Tab

    • Navigate to the admin users tab in the required location

  2. Invitation Process

    • Look for the button on the top right called “Invite Admin”

    • Click this button to open the invitation form.

  3. Fill Out the Invitation Form

    • Enter the email address for the new Location Admin

  4. Send the Invitation

    • The system will send an invitation email to the provided address.
