Pricing is managed through Price Groups, which allow
you to set specific rates for EV drivers. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
Fixed
Pricing: Set a flat rate per kWh used, applicable all day, regardless
of the time.
Dual
Rate Pricing: Set different rates based on the time of use, such as
peak and off-peak hours.
Additional
Fees: You can also add extra charges like a Connection Fee,
which is applied to every transaction.
Once you’ve created a Price Group, you’ll need to apply it
to the relevant charge points or users. You can find detailed setup
instructions in our guides linked in the initial setup step.
Note: Price Groups can be applied to specific charge
points and user groups within your zone. Multiple Price Groups of the same type
(e.g., Employee Groups) can be created if needed.
