How to Commission a Vestel Charger with a SIM (4G Connection)?

Follow the steps below to commission your Vestel charger using mobile data (4G) 

Step 1: Select the charger

  1. Open the Installer Miles app

  2. Choose Access as Installer

  3. Select the charger make

  4. Choose the charger model

Step 2: Scan the charger

  1. Scan the QR code on the charger (recommended to avoid error)

  2. This will automatically capture the serial number and hotspot details

Step 3: Set up the network

  1. Select Network Settings

  2. Enable 4G

  3. Enter the details provided by your SIM provider:

    • LTE APN

    • LTE User

    • LTE Password

Step 4: Save and commission

  1. Save the network settings

  2. Select Commission Charger

Completion

Once completed, the charger should connect using mobile data and show online and available.
