What are the steps to share access to my charger?

Sharing access to your charger:
  • Understand zone access:
    • Sharing access to your charging zone provides entry to all chargers within that zone. Ensure the "Enable joining zone" toggle is turned ON. Verify this by going to:
      • Zone Profile > Zone Settings
  • Obtain the joining code:
    • Navigate to the Zone screen.
    • Tap the cog icon next to the Zone name to access the Zone profile.
    • Locate the "Users" card within the profile and tap it to open the Users screen.
  • Invite Users:
    • On the Users screen, tap the "Invite user" button.
    • Choose from available options to share the joining code.
    • The invited user will need to enter the code to gain access to the charging zone.
