• What information is available on the Company Details Page?

  The Company Details Page shows the company name, phone number, address, and VAT number.

• What details are available on the Charger details page?

  You’ll see make & model, serial number, type (AC/DC), rated power, connector status and live data, location, company, last heartbeat, deployment date, firmware version, downtime, total energy dispensed, total sessions, warranty, and maintenance info.

• What information is available in the "Details" tab?

  The "Details" tab shows general information about your Enterprise, including name, phone number, address, and financial details. This tab is read-only.

• Who can access the Company Details Page?

  Enterprise Admins, and Company Admins (with assigned permissions)

• Where can I view company billing information?

  Go to the "Billing" section in the Manage Company menu to view and manage billing details.
