Who has permission to edit specific fields within an individual settlement report?

For an Enterprise:

  1. Only the Enterprise can edit Session Revenue Items. They can remove revenue line items based on preference.

  2. Actions on a settlement report by an Enterprise:

    • A button at the top right is shown.

      • When status is “Draft”, the button reads Submit Report.

      • In case of “Approved” status, the button reads Settle.

For a CPO:

  1. A CPO can either Reject or Approve a settlement report
