Why are the chargers showing as unavailable?
If the tariff has designated operating hours, the chargers
will appear as unavailable outside of these specified times. Charging your EV
is only possible during the active tariff hours. If you try to charge your
vehicle outside these hours, the chargers will not be accessible.

Can I restrict the use of chargers during specific hours?
Yes, you can restrict charger usage by setting operating hours as part of your tariff setup. You can specify the times during which the tariff will be active. Outside of these hours, users will not be able to access or charge using your chargers.
