Why do I see different fields when viewing charger groups at company vs. location level?

At a specific location level, the Location Selection step may not be shown when creating a group, because it’s already implied by the current location.

The driver groups page can be accessed from the side menu. The page displays all the driver groups. For Enterprise, it shows all the driver groups connected to each company. For Company, it only shows the attached groups under that company.
