Why does the charge session appear as "Rejected"?
Reasons for "Rejected" Charging Sessions:
- Car Refused to Charge: A session may be marked as "Rejected" if your car's battery is already fully charged and does not accept additional power. In such instances, the charging attempt fails, and the session is recorded as rejected in the app.
- Car Not Properly Connected: If the app scheduled a boost charging event but the car was not correctly connected or plugged in, the session may be rejected. Ensure the vehicle is properly connected to start the charging process.
- Charger Disconnected from the Internet: A session can also be marked as rejected if the charger loses its internet connection during the scheduled charging time.
