Why is there no cost indicated for my charging sessions?

  • Missing Tariff: If costs are not displayed in your charging history, it may be because no tariff has been set. Adding a tariff is essential for the app to calculate and display the expenses for each charging session. • How to Add a Tariff: Tap the "Energy Supplier" banner at the top of the Overview screen to start the tariff setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions for a seamless setup.
  • No Active Power: Be aware that if your charging session involves no active power consumption—such as when the charger is idle or not actively charging your vehicle—the cost will be shown as zero.
