Are settlement reports created manually or automatically?
All settlements are autogenerated by the system based on the frequency chosen during contract creation. On the first of each month, a Draft settlement report is created automatically.
How are different Expenses handled?
Recurring Expenses are included based on the contract billing cycle. Monthly Expenses are automatically included on the 1st of each month. One-time Expenses are included in the settlement period in which they occur.
What happens to transactions that are not included in an older settlement?
Transactions that were excluded in older settlements are carried forward and shown in the upcoming settlement report.
What is the Transaction Locking Mechanism in the Settlements module?
Once a transaction is included in a settled settlement report, it is marked as “Settled”. Settled transactions are excluded from all future settlement calculations. This prevents double-counting across settlement periods.
What happens after the CPO Rejects or Approves on a settlement report?
