How do I delete a charger?
Use the "Delete Charger" button on the action menu next to the charger on the charger’s table. You will be asked for the charger serial number, as confirmation and then the system will delete it.
What happens if a charger is not connected to the system?
Its connector status will show as "Not connected" and missing data points will be marked as "null".
What information is required to add a new charger?
Mandatory fields: Company, Location, Charger Serial Number, Make & Model, Installation Date, Warranty Details (start date and period), and Maintenance Details (package assigned or not).
How do I add a new charger to the system?
As an Admin, use the "Add Charger" option from the Chargers List, Company, or Location view. You must select a company and location, and provide the charger’s serial number and make & model.
What details are available on the Charger details page?
You’ll see make & model, serial number, type (AC/DC), rated power, connector status and live data, location, company, last heartbeat, deployment date, firmware version, downtime, total energy dispensed, total sessions, warranty, and maintenance info.
How do I view detailed information about a specific charger?
Click the charger’s serial number to open the Charger details page with full details.
How do I filter or search chargers in the list?
Use the filtering options above the table to filter chargers by Company, Location, Charger make and model, Charger warranty, Rated power and connector status. You can also use the search bar. It supports partial matches, is case-insensitive, and ...
