Can I view the number of chargers and connectors at a location?
Yes, both numbers are displayed in the locations table.
What tariff options are available when creating a location?
You can select either a single tariff (one rate) or a dual tariff (off-peak and peak rates with respective hours).
How do I navigate between different locations as a Location Admin?
If you are assigned to multiple locations, use the dropdown switcher on the top left, under the logo to change between them. If you have only one, the switcher is disabled.
What is the Location Dashboard screen?
It is a dedicated page for each location, showing statistics relating to the chargers, sessions, and other information specific to the location.
Can I assign multiple admins to a location?
Yes, you can add multiple Location Admins to a location using the "Add Location Admin" action.
How do I edit a location’s details?
Click the "Edit" action next to the location in the table. You can update the name, address, and tariff details.
What actions can I perform from the locations table?
You can edit location details, add a Location Admin, or delete a location.
What details are shown in the locations table?
The table displays Location Name, Company Name (Enterprise Admin only), Number of Chargers, Number of Connectors, Date of Creation, and City Name.
How does the search bar work on the Locations screen?
The search bar allows you to find locations by company name. It supports partial matches, is case-insensitive, and updates results in real time as you type.
What information is required to create a new location?
You must provide the Location Name, Socket Fees, Address (including Address line 1, City, Postcode, Country), Energy supplier, and Tariff Details (single or dual tariff).
Who can create a new location in the system?
Only Enterprise Admins and Company Admins can create new locations. Location Admins do not have this ability.
