Which drivers are visible at the company level?
On company level, drivers that have access to company level driver groups and were invited by a company admin will be visible.
How are organically registered drivers shown?
Drivers who were not invited, but downloaded and registered organically through the EM app, will be shown in driver details on the enterprise as a public charging driver, along with the driver list of location and company level.
How can I handle different pricing for different groups of drivers?
For pricing differentiation, new tariffs can be created and assigned to user groups. This allows new rates to be applied to specific groups.
Can a driver be in a company-level Driver Group and a location-level Driver Group at the same time?
No, Drivers that are part of a company level driver group cannot be part of any location level driver group at the same time. The system will throw an error if this is attempted.
What happens if a Driver Group is assigned to a company?
If a driver group is assigned to a company, drivers in that group directly have access to all locations under that company.
How can a Driver Group be assigned in the system?
